			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Como Malcom Gladwell escreveu em “<a href="http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tipping-Point-Little-Things-Difference/dp/0316346624/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1232467837&amp;sr=8-3">The Tipping Point</a>”, o poder do contexto que nos envolve exerce uma forte influência naquilo que somos e na forma como nos comportamos.</p>
<p>Para a função marketing, nas suas diferentes dimensões, tal significa que, a espaços, importa descer à terra. Por maiores que sejam as pressões exercidas por um ambiente externo cada vez mais complexo e por resultados cada vez mais exigentes é crítico impor uma pausa, parar para pensar. </p>
<p>Quem nos rodeia não é necessariamente igual a quem nos compra. </p>
<p>Sim, os <em>mass media</em> tradicionais são menos eficientes. Sim, os meios digitais, do <em>mobile</em> às redes sociais, têm uma importância crescente. Mas nem toda a gente passa o dia <em>online</em>. Para muitas pessoas, um computador é algo tão próximo quanto um orangotango no santuário de um zoo.   </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">Contudo, em momentos como os que vivemos, nos quais a função financeira assume o protagonismo, marketing e inovação são normalmente as primeiras fontes de desinvestimento. Ainda assim, dificilmente esse movimento teve impacto nos resultados recentemente divulgados de um inquérito internacional da Delloite, apesar deste ter decorrido antes da crise financeira. De acordo com o alargado grupo de investidores internacionais consultado os Estados Unidos são o país mais inovador do mundo. Ou, por outras palavras, onde a inovação produz maiores resultados. Portugal não surge na lista.</span></p>
